It seems that Valentine's Day is more often associated with pressure and anxiety caused from unrealistic expectations and unhealthy attachments than what the holiday is supposed to celebrate.  Try a new perspective this year and treat yourself to something sweet. Surround yourself with all the people in your life that are important to you and take time to appreciate friendships. Celebrate the love and support you give and receive with friends and family.
